Temporary living?
The fully equipped apartments are available to customers for short-term, interim or holiday rentals. Each apartment offers a cozy atmosphere. It is particularly important that the guest feels comfortable and secure.
A fully equipped apartment means that apart from clothes, food, toiletries and a laptop, you will have just about everything in the apartment. All household items, such as the complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, microwave, bed linen, hand and bath towels should be available. In the case of problems such as technical defects, we try to find a solution as quickly as possible.
How long can you rent a holiday home?
Our fully furnished and equipped apartments are available for short-term, interim or holiday rentals.
Is there a rental agreement?
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
You sign a rental agreement in which we note your desired rental period. You can extend your stay at any time. All we ask is that you let us know two weeks before moving out so that we can activate the apartment for the next tenant.
As our apartments are furnished to a high standard, we take the liberty of withholding a deposit of €500. You will get this back in full after you move out, provided the apartment is left in a proper condition.
